No, the bracelets can´t be adjusted in size, but if your CleanSea bracelet would not fit we are happy to send you a new one free of charge. Just send it back to us and let us know what size you would like instead.
Our cleanups are currently around the west coast of Sweden. We try to remove ocean trash anyway we can. We´ve been diving for trash on the bottom of the ocean, removing it from the surface using a boat and also do beach and coastline cleanups where trash has washed up on land and can harm coastal life and has a risk of being swept back into the ocean.
The CleanSea bracelets are our way of funding our cleanups and work to clean the ocean. It funds costs of gear necessary for our cleanups, costs for using a boat to take us to sites where we collect trash, transport, administrative costs and salary for the work. CleanSea's mission is to remove as much trash from the ocean as possible, and any profit we earn will be used to help us grow so we can remove even more trash from the ocean in the future.
The trash we collect is then left to be recycled by RenKust. That way instead of harming our oceans it serves a new purpose by preventing more new plastic and raw material from being produced. Unfortunately all the trash removed from the can´t be recycled if its too broken down, is too dirty or consists of too many different materials. In those cases it's simply too expensive.
