CleanSea's carbon compensated deliveries
Our vision with CleanSea is not only to focus on creating a clean future for our oceans, but being sustainable through all parts of our organization, to help ensure a bright future for the entire planet.
That's why we compensate all carbon emissions from deliveries of CleanSea bracelets to our customers, together with Shopify's carbon offset program called Planet, together with cutting edge carbon removal organizations like Climeworks and Planetary.
Climeworks is a cutting edge company that removes carbon dioxide from the atmosphere in various ways.
- Direct Air Capture, filtering the air and removing thousands of tonnes of carbon from the atmosphere.
- Partnering with certified carbon removal projects to capture more carbon from the atmosphere.
Planetary is another great partner through Shopify's Planet programme, and the focus on removing carbon directly from the ocean. So far they have removed over 10 000 tonnes of Co2.
We calculate the carbon emissions from each delivery of CleanSea bracelets, and remove the same amount of CO2 from the atmosphere through this Planet programme.
So long story short, you can now feel sure that the delivery of your CleanSea bracelets is made responsibly for the environment ;)
